DIGEST Protests challenging the agency's evaluation of proposals are denied where the evaluation was conducted on an equal basis and was consistent with the terms of the solicitation. DECISION The Eloret Corporation of Sunnyvale, California, protests the award of a contract to ERC, Inc., of Huntsville, Alabama, by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) under request for proposal (RFP) No. NNA07198991R-ACA to provide support to the Space Technology Division at NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) for the Space Technology Research and Development (STRAD) contract. Eloret, the incumbent contractor providing these services, protests the agency's failure to fairly evaluate the offerors' proposals in accordance with the RFP criteria. We deny the protest.
