Fewler with respeat to certain property in Roselyn, Virginia, now under lease from Mr. Fowler to the Government for the use of your agenay, upon which a warehouse was ereated by the Goverment, and further, with respect to certain other warehouse property previously under lease by him to the Goverumnt. It appears from the record that under lease No. O88-162, dated March 8, 1945, Mr. Fowler leased to the Government certain warehouse property in Rosaely, Virginia, for * term begianing that date sad ending June 30, 1946, with restal at the rate of $10,500ayear, including the furnishing of certain speotial services by the Leesor, with an option to the Government to renew the lease fram year to year at the same rental, not, however, beyond June 30, 1945, The lease provided that the property was to be used as office quarters, storage space, repair and shipping shop for the Offlbe of Strategie ervices, te ppers attached to the lease indicate that it was
