              The question has arisen as to whether the phraseoloay rincluding

         tational Park' limits the use of the funds tranforred to the credit
         of the Jational ?ark tarvice, insofar as lnd acquisition is crncerned,
         to the ourchase of lands for tbe Great 1:.cky ..)untains Eational !ark.
