Dear Sir:

We have made an examination of the July 1969 voucher account,
including regular military pay vouchers for the July 1969 payroll,
submittea by Rebecca Jo Congdon, Special Disbursing Agent, U. S.
Army San Francisco Procurement Agency, Oakland, California, dis-
bursing station symbol number 5067. 'Our review was made at the
Finance Center, U. S. Army, Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana.

We examined 13 of the 15 military pay vouchers, all of the
military and civilian travel-vouchers, and the 1 reserve pay voucher.

Our audit did not disclose any errors or'deficiencies in the
vouchers that were examined. In this connection, we are pleased to
notethat our report of February 16, 1968, covering our review of
your July.1967 accounts also reported that our audit did not disclose
any errors or-deficiencies.

Since our examination was made at the Finance Center without the
benefit of all pertinent source documentation, the results of our re-
view are not intended, nor should they be construed, to be our opinion
as to the over-all effectiveness and efficiency of the operations at
your installation.

                                    Very truly yours,

                                For David P. Sor do
