FiaberV We have made a review for the settlement of the accounts of certifying officers of the Lewis and Clark Trail Commission through fiscal year 1969. Our review was made pursuant to the Budget and Accounting Act* 1921 (31 U.S.C. 53), and the Accounting and Auditing Act of 1950 (31 U.S.C. 67), We found the procedures for processing cash receipts and dabursements in use by the Division of Accounting Operations, Bureau of Outdoor Recreation which maintains the Commission's accounts and records to be generally satisfactory. In accordance with section 13 of title 8 of the General Accounting Office Policy and Procedures Manual for Guidance of Federal Agencies, the records of financial transactions through June 30, 1969, may be transmitted to the Federal Records Center for storage.
