July 24, 1969 Dear Reverend Sayce We have made a review for the settlement of the accounts of certifying officers of the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Commission through fiscal yeai 1969. Our review was made pursuant to the Budget and Accounting Act, 1921 (31 U S.C. 53), and the Account- ing and Auditing Act of 1950 (31 U.S.C. 67). We found the procedures for processing cash receipcs and disbursements in use by the Division of Finance, National Park Service, which maintains the Commission's accounts and recoids, to be geneially satisfactory. In accordance with section 13 of title 8 of the Genecal Accounting Office Policy and Procedures Manual foi Guidance of Federal Agencies, the records of financial transactions through June 30, 1969, may be transmitted to the Federal Records Center for storage.
