We evaluated procedures and internal controls relative to the receipt and disbursement of funds, including payroll and leave, and tested financial transactions and records as we considered appropriate. We found the procedures and internal controls to be geierally effective and that selected transactions were processed in a satis- factory manner except for certain minor matters. These matters were discussed with members of your staff, who informed us that corrective action has been taken or is planned. Inasmuch as we were informed that the matters noted have been or will be corrected, we are making no recommendations at this time.
