Civil Service Commission, Denver, Colorado. The review, which was completed in July 1971, was directed primarily toward evaluating current ardministra- tive procedures and controls pertinent to our settlement responsibilities. We tested financial transactions to the extent we considered appropriate. We also reviewed the most recent internal audit report. We appreciated the opportunity to discuss all aspects of our review with you and we are pleased to report that our examination did not dis- close any matters that require your further attention. In accordance with 8 GAO 13 the records-of financial transactions through December 31, 1970, may be transmitted to the Federal Records Center for storage in accordance with your records management program.
