This is an error rate of 1.6 for MPRs of out-of-service personnel compared to the median error rate of 4.7 established for MPRs of out-of-service personnel for Air Force stations. The Air Force Accounting and Finance Center (AFAFC) examined the MPRs of in-service personnel forwarded by the accounting and finance office at your installation for the same period and reported its findings to you by AFAFC Form 0-510, Examination Summary. While these findings for the period ending March 31, 1971, may not be indicative of current operations, it is apparent that your controls over IPRs of out-of-service personnel, travel.and cormercial vouchers are satisfactory.
