The Secretary of Labor has found that the listed persons or firms have breached the agreements and reoresentations required by the Walsh-Healey Act. The Secretary not having recommended otherwise, section 3 thereof directs that no contract shall be awarded to such persons or firms, or to any firm, corporation, oartnership, or association in which such persons or firms have a controlling interest until 3 years have elaosed from the dates on which the Secretary determined that such breaches occurred. Service Contract Act of 1965, 41 U.S.C. 351, et seq. The Secretary of Labor has found that the listed persons or firms have breached the agreements and representations required by the Service Contract Act of 1965.
