Dear Mr. Baldlno; By letter dated December 13, 1979 (your reference DAEN-RMF-A), you have again requested that we grant relief to Messra, Rober L. Iliatt Project Manager and Thomas P. Long, Recreational Fee Cashier for loss of public funds in the amount of $5,500 at the Kansas City District (Rathburn Project Office, Ceaterville, Iowa) Corp of Engineers. t 9. As we pointed out in our decision of August 13, 1979, 194732, it does not appear that Mr. Hiatt is an accountable officer and, threfore, relief need not be requested for him. As for Mr. Long, we have not received the required information to facilitate our review of thL circumstances of the theft, as we requnted In our decision.
