In Table 3 on page 17, the number of reports received is now 357,000 and the number of states responding is now 31. On page 18, line 25, the number of states is now 38. In appendix V, a yes has been added in the column Can the older adult qualify based on age alone? for Oregon. In appendix VI, the entry for Missouri was in error and has been deleted. In appendix VIII, the entry for Tennessee under Older Americans Act formula grants and for Wisconsin under Other nonfederal funds were in error and have been deleted. The totals for these two columns are now $1,715,912 and $14,041,750, respectively. In appendices V and VIII, shading errors have been corrected. These changes have no effect on the report's findings, conclusions, or recommendations.
