This message revises, as follows, two deferrals previously reported: D88-21A Funds Appropriated to the President International Security Assistance Military assistance Amount currently deferred: $609,186,000 1181080 The message reports a $1,000,000 increase in this deferral. According to the message, this change corrects a clerical error in the third message, dated February 19, 1988. We noted this error in our report to the Congress on the third message, GAO/OGC-88-3, March 28, 1988. D88-9B Department of Defense - Civil Wildlife Conservation, Military Reservations Amount currently deferred: $1,395,549 21X5095 17X5095 57X5095 The message increases the amount deferred by $610,514.
