The special messages propose two new deferrals totalling $299,000,000 for fiscal year 1984 and fifteen new deferrals totalling $1,318,562,275 for fiscal year 1985. Our report follows. Deferral of these funds has been renewed in fiscal year 1985 by deferral D85-2, listed below, also reported by the President on October 1, 1984. D84-67 International Security Assistance Military Assistance Amount deferred: $18,500,000 114/51080 This deferral expired at the end of fiscal year 1984.
