National memorial, Inc., for the year ended March 31, 1977, was
reviewed to determine wOether the report complied with the
financial reporting requirements foi ederally chartered
corpor&tions. Findings/Conclusionx: The audit report was
prepared by a firm of certified public accountants. It included
a statement of tt-e scope of the audit and the auditorts opinion
tha . the financial statements presented fairly the financi&l
positico of the Jewish Var Veterans U.S.A. National Mesor al,
Inc., at March 31# 1976 and 1977, and the results of operations
and changes in financial position for the years then ended, in
conformity with oenerally accepted accounting principles applied
on a consistent Lksis. The report was due on September 300 1977,
but vas not received until November 1977. Except for the late
receipt of the report, the audit and financial reporting
requirements for federally chartered corporations have been met.
