Audit reports of the American Naticval Theatre and
Academy for 1973, 1974, and 1975 were reviewed to z- ermine
whether the reports complied with the financial reporting
requirements for federally chartered corporaticns.
Findings/Conclusions: The audit reports were prepared by a firm
of certified public accountants. The auditors believed that the
financial statements presented fairly the financial position of
the agency and the results of operations and changes in
financial position for the years then ended and that the a',,iit
and financial reporting requirements of legislation were met.
