Findings/Conclusions: rAe certified public accountants who
prepared the audit zaport stated that the finarstal otatements
shvwing the AEVTS' financial condition and the reaults of the
yOarls operations conformed with generally accepted accounting
princl~les. The accounting procedures used were consistent with
those used in the preceding year. It van concluded that the
audIL and-financial reporting requirements of the chartering act
