             Consolidated List of Persons or Firms Currently
                 Debarred for Violations of Various Public
         Contracts Acts Incorporating Labor Standards Provisions

    To Heads of Departments, Independent Establishments and Other
    Agencies of the United States, and the District of Columbia

                                List of Acts                      Code

    Walsh-Healey Act of June 30, 1936, 41 U.S.C. 35, et seq.

         The Secretary of Labor has found that the listed
    persons or firms have breached the agreements and
    representations required by the Walsh-Healey Act. The
    Secretary not having recommended otherwise, section 3
    thereof directs that no contract shall be awarded to such
    persons or firms, or to any firm, corporation, partnership,
    or association in which such persons or firms have a
    controlling interest until 3 years have elapsed from the
    dates on which the Secretary determined that such breaches
    occurred.

    Service Contract Act of 1965, 41 U.S.C. 351, et seq.           2

         The Secretary of Labor has found that the listed
    persons or firms have breached the agreements and
    representations required by the Service Contract Act of
    1965. The Secretary not having recommended otherwise,
    section 5(a) thereof directs that no contract shall be
    awarded to such persons or firms, or to any firm,
    corporation, partnership or association in which such
    persons or firms have a substantial interest until 3 years
    have elapsed from the date of publication of the list
    containing the name of such persons or firms.
