Since the termination of the Renerotiation Board in 1979, the Treasury e-,rtment ',as oontinued to seiee rates ,:r SIX months and naas ublisned them in the -ederal e -se r. C nLu ity has thus been maintained. 'In its present form,3H.7 1371 retains the startin- oericd specified in the original H.R. 3909 -- the period beginning on July 1, 1979, and ending cn December 3l, 1979 (H.2. 171, page 2, lines 1 and 2).
