tra ning the economically disadvantaged.
CE A prime sponsors were required to
est blish Private Industry Councils com-
prised of representatives of business, labor,
an education to serve as a link between
th epublic and private sectors. This report
discusses the operations of the Boston Pri-
vatie Industry Council and its efforts to
oblain private sector participation. This
infprmation may be helpful to other Private
Industry Councils in developing approaches
for involving the business community in
enployment and training programs.
