The Federal Railroad Adminis tiration is responsile for carrying out these provisions. The act also directed the establish- ment of a minority resource center to hell) mi nority owned businesses participate in the husitless generated from maintaining, rehabili tat in g, restructuring, improving, and revital- izin the Nation's railroads.
