For a summary of the results of our work, see enclosure 1, slides 9-10. Based on the results of our review, we are not making any recommendations for congressional consideration or agency action. We are sending copies of this report to the appropriate congressional committees. We are also sending copies to the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Coast Guard.
