An audit report of the Boys Clubs of America for the
year ended September 30, 1976, was reviewed to determine whether
the report complied with financial reporting req!irements for
Federally-chertered corporation. The audit report was prepared
by a certified public accountant and included a statement of the
scope of the audit and the auditorls opinion that the financial
statements present fairly the financial pomition of the Boys
Clubs cf America at the year's end. Findings/Conclusions: The
results of operations for the year ended September 30, 1976, are
presented in accordance with generally accepted accounting
principles. The audit and financial reporting reqairements for
