We reviewed vouchers and supporting documents including payroll records for the four fiscal years. The findings disclosed in our review were discussed with the appropriate Library officials who took corrective action. This letter authorizes the disposal of records for the four fiscal years ending June 30, 1973. In accordance with Title 8 of the GAO Policy and Procedures Manual for Guidance of Federal Agencies, the records should be transferred to the Washington National Records Center, Washington, D.C. 20409 using Standard Form 135 and Record Group No. 217.
