        Dear Hiss Williams
            We refer to your letter of February 6p 1973, requesting to be
        ad-iced whether the item of $445 for transportation of household gooda
        and personal effects included in 1t, Christopher HcGowua's voucher may
        properly be reimbursed. You question the weight documentation,

             Incident to Hr. HcOowants change of station from New York, Now
        York, to Boutou H;gaachuaetts, as an eraployeoch the Office of
        Economic Opportunityo his household Roods and parnonal effects were
        transported on Hay 28, 1971,.by the Peerless Moving Company at a cost
        to him of $445. The coot is substantiated by the noviug eompany'a
        bill and Hr. licGmanln cancelled cheek in that amount, 1oowever, since
        the Peerless Iloving Company is no longer in businese, he has bean un-
        able to obtain evidence as to either the actual weight or volume of the
        goods transported# Under the circumatancee, you request to be advised
        wvhether )[r. ;icowan in entitled to reimbursement for the expense of
        transporting l-ie household goods and personal Qffects.
