In your latter you say that you appreciate that the decision uf March 12, 1973, is blsed on Amy and Government reulations. However, you refer to the last paragraph of the decision and in this regard you say that you do not appreciate the Iap.flc-ation of K falsehoods or the sarcasm therein. The paragraph in question reads an frllows; In view of the official report and the entire record before us, it appears that it was your desiro to return to Seattle alost immediately aftt:r your husband's death (four days later you departed from Belgium) which led you to personally arrange for the ctr shipment prior to your departure. Consequently, in the absence of official indication that misinforration received from official sources resulted in the shipment, and, since the ZHV.
