District of Columbia Code. Hr. IWeinburg was npecifically concerned with whether certain nenborn of the United States Secret Bervice are entitled to coverage under the provisions of that act, Section 4-522 of title 4, D, C. Code, provide as follcrasw '14-322, United States f ecret Service Divi.ior-Transfr of Civil tet-vice rotirca'ont funda-Cred.tt for prior nervice ith other police units.
