  of permanent ntution from Oudsdon, Alabama, to Day-St. Louisp Hianouri.
  You have axprosved doubts ao to payent of the clain since i. Bardin
  made only a one-way trip nod renained in Bay St. Louis where ho entered
  on duty at hiu new; statin.

       Under Travel Authorization DCDA-2963, 45ued October 3, 1972,
  Mr. Bardin was inotructed to report for duty at Isis new station on
  October 16# 1972. The travel order authorized various allowcrnces in-
  eluding a round trip of up to 5 days for purposeu of aeeking a per-
  nanont rouldenca at the new official station. On October 10, 1972,
  Hr, flovi.in left hin old otatlon by privately c ned autwoobile, arriving
  In Day St. Louis approximately 10 hours later. Ie remnained in bay
  St. Louis through October 15 and reported for duty there on October 16.
