Finance Center forwarded here several Air Yorce vouchers in the
total aunt of $1,159.56 wrader the provisions of section 8.4
of Title 7, GAO Hmnual for Guidance of Federal Agencinc. Sec-
tion 8.4(c), relating to goods and services furnished by one
a&eucy of the Government to another agency on a reimbursable
basis under section 601 of the Economy Act (31 U.S.C. 686) or
similar provision of. !A, provides that-.

of bills to another Government agency should be
collected proMpLly. A disputed interagency bill
for goods or services, together with applicable
docimnts and report, may be submitted by the
billing agency to the Claim  Division (now Trans-
portation and Claims Division] United States

     Tour letter of Septeiter 19, 1972 (with attachmentu) was
submitted with the letter of October 31. The papers chow that
requisitions submitted by various U.S. Military Advisory Group
(KILO?) parsonnel, stationed in Paraguay and Uruguay, specified
airlift of commissary goods from the Canal Zone on a spacc-
available basis cnly; but it appears that som  unidentified
persons assigned to the U.S. Army Forces Southern Coand
(US O) Ccyiissary erroneously raresented to the Military Air-
lift Comnand (MAC) Headquarters, Ecott Air Force Uase, Illinois,
the eligibility of three shipmnt. for s'ace-reqtired airlift.
