Participants in these progtms coming to WashLnton D. C,t are carried in a tempqrary duty statue and paid per dim during the wntire period ne training. Th3ir official stations are not transe ferred to Washington, D. 0., nor are they paid relocation allowauces; howver, they are encouraed to bring their families vith them at their own expense. MrsThois traveled from his official station Indiahoma, tlaoma, to Washington, D. C., vth his wife and two children during July 31 to August 4, 1971, to participate Lu the training program, He traveud in a rented truck which carried his household goods, and his wife drove the fmily automobile with the children.
