     your protest again&t the rejection of your. prop sl under request for
     proposals (k?) N61339-72-R-C091, Issued by th UnitedS tates Naval
     Training flquipment Canter (UrC), Orlaado, Florida.

         Zn our decision of Hay 16, 1973, your protest va found to be
    untiwaly under section 20.2(a) of our Interi Bid Protest Procedures
    and Seamdards. In this regard, vs observed that:
