          Four new deferral proposals and five supplementary
reports to previously 7roposed deferrals were reported. Two NOAA
projects were included--the promotion and development of fishery
products and research pertaining to American fisheries
(13X5139 , and the Fishermen's Guaranty Fund (13X4318). Also
included were: HEW Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health
Scientific Activities Cverseas, Special Foreign Currency
Program. (15X1102) ; GSA Rare Silver Dollar Program (47X0701);
American Revolution Bicentennial Administration's Commemorative
Activities Fund (76X5077-AR); three USIA programs, salaries and
axpenses (Special Foreign Currency Program, 67X0103), Special
IPtornational Exhibitions (67XO064), and SpGcial International
Exhibitions (Special Forc;ign rAjrency Program 6710069); and the
United States Railway Asscciditon'j payments for purchase of
Conrail securities (98X0111). Findings/Ccnclusicns: The
information in the deferral proposals and supplementary reports
is correct and the actions being proposed have beea clearlj ind
