                The Work

                          OF THE

Constitutional Convention.

It would have been a pleasure to respond to the numerous initations

received from many sources throughout Ohio, to deliver an address on the

Work of the Constitutional Convention. As stress of private affairs forbade

this, in after hours I wrote a few press letters, here reproduced in pamphlet.

I beg everybody to understand that the opinions expressed are my own, that

my efforts are voluntary and I regret lack of time to discuss all the proposed

amendments
