                      The Committee on the Judiciary, to whom was referred the bill
                    (H.R. 350) to direct the Interagency Task Force to Monitor and
                    Combat Trafficking to identify strategies to prevent children from
                    becoming victims of trafficking and review trafficking prevention
                    efforts, to protect and assist in the recovery of victims of traf-
                    ficking, and for other purposes, having considered the same, re-
                    ports favorably thereon without amendment and recommends that
                    the bill do pass.
