                      The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
                    bill (H.R. 4063) to improve the use by the Secretary of Veterans Af-
                    fairs of opioids in treating veterans, to improve patient advocacy by
                    the Secretary, and to expand the availability of complementary and
                    integrative health, and for other purposes, having considered the
                    same, report favorably    thereon   with  an  amendment    and   rec-
                    ommend that the bill as amended do pass.
