The amendments are as follows: 1. On page 1, line 8, insert Proposed before Boundary. 2. On page 1, line 9, strike June 2007 and insert March 2016. 3. On page 2, strike line 3 and insert the following: (b) ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES.- (1) AUTHORITY.-The Secretary of 4.
