                     the bill (H.R. 2669) to amend   the Communications Act of 1934 to
                     expand  and  clarify the prohibition on provision of inaccurate caller
                     identification information, and  for other  purposes, having  consid-
                     ered the same,  report favorably thereon  with amendments and rec-
                     ommend   that the bill as amended  do pass.
