                       The Committee   on  Science, Space, and Technology,  to whom   was
                     referred the bill (H.R. 2261) to facilitate the continued development
                     of the commercial  remote sensing  industry and  protect national se-
                     curity, having considered  the same,  report favorably thereon  with
                     an amendment and recommend that the bill as amended do pass.
