                            EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATION ACT OF 2016

                      Mr. MILLER  of Florida, from the Committee on Veterans' Affairs,
                                          submitted  the following


                                             REPORT

                                           [To accompany H.R. 3974]

                              [Including cost estimate of the Congressional Budget Office]

                      The  Committee   on Veterans' Affairs, to whom  was  referred the
                    bill (H.R. 3974)  to require the  Secretary of Veterans  Affairs to
                    carry out a pilot program  to provide educational assistance to cer-
                    tain former members   of the Armed  Forces for education and  train-
                    ing as physician assistants of the Department   of Veterans Affairs,
                    to establish pay grades  and require competitive  pay for physician
                    assistants of the Department,  and  for other purposes, having con-
                    sidered the  same, report favorably  thereon with  amendment and
                    recommend   that the bill as amended do pass.
