                    the  bill (H.R. 3250) to amend   the Federal  Food, Drug,  and  Cos-
                    metic  Act to prevent the abuse  of dextromethorphan,  and for other
                    purposes,  having  considered  the  same,  report favorably  thereon
                    without  amendment   and  recommend   that the bill do pass.
