                       The  Committee   on Transportation   and Infrastructure, to whom
                     was referred the bill (H.R. 3030) to direct the Commandant of the
                     Coast Guard   to convey certain property  from the United  States to
                     the City of Baudette,  Minnesota,  having  considered  the same,  re-
                     port favorably thereon  with  an  amendment and recommend that
                     the bill as amended do pass.
