                    was  referred the bill (H.R. 4618) to designate the Federal building
                    and  United  States courthouse  located at 121  Spring Street SE  in
                    Gainesville, Georgia, as the Sidney Oslin Smith, Jr. Federal Build-
                    ing  and United  States  Courthouse,  having  considered the  same,
                    report favorably thereon  without  amendment   and  recommend   that
                    the bill do pass.
