                     bill (H.R. 4401) to authorize the Secretary of Homeland  Security to
                     provide countering  violent  extremism  training  to Department of
                     Homeland   Security representatives  at State  and local fusion cen-
                     ters, and for other purposes, having considered the same,  report fa-
                     vorably thereon  without  amendment   and  recommend that the bill
                     do pass.
