                     of a provider directory in the case of States providing  for medical
                     assistance on a fee-for-service basis or through a primary care case-
                     management   system,  and for other purposes, having  considered the
                     same,  report  favorably  thereon  with   an  amendment    and   rec-
                     ommend   that the bill as amended  do pass.
