                   COMPANY   THE  BILL (H.R. 644) TO REAUTHORIZE TRADE FACILITATION
                   AND   TRADE  ENFORCEMENT   FUNCTIONS  AND  ACTIVITIES, AND FOR
                   OTHER   PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION  OF THE SEN-
                   ATE  AMENDMENTS   TO THE  BILL (H.R. 2250) MAKING APPROPRIATIONS
                   FOR  THE  LEGISLATIVE BRANCH  FOR THE FISCAL YEAR  ENDING SEP-
                   TEMBER   30, 2016, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

                               Mr. COLE, from the Committee on Rules,
                                       submitted the following


                                          REPORT

                                        [To accompany H. Res. 560]
                     The Committee  on Rules, having had under consideration House
                   Resolution 560, by a nonrecord vote, report the same to the House
                   with the recommendation that the resolution be adopted.
                             SUMMARY   OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION
                     The resolution provides for consideration of the conference report
                   to accompany H.R. 644, the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforce-
                   ment Act of 2015. The resolution waives all points of order against
                   its consideration. The resolution provides that the previous ques-
                   tion shall be considered as ordered without intervention of any mo-
                   tion except one hour of debate and one motion to recommit if appli-
                   cable. Debate on the conference report is divided pursuant to clause
                   8(d) of rule XXII.
                     Section 2 of the resolution provides for the consideration of the
                   Senate amendments   to H.R. 2250, the Legislative Branch Appro-
                   priations Act, 2016. The resolution makes in order a single motion
                   offered by the chair of the Committee on Appropriations or his des-
                   ignee that the House concur in the Senate amendments   to H.R.
                   2250. The resolution waives all points of order against consider-
                   ation of the motion and provides that it is not subject to a demand
                   for division of the question. The resolution provides that the Senate
                   amendments  and the motion shall be considered as read. The reso-
                   lution provides one hour of debate on the motion equally divided
                   and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the
                   Committee on Appropriations.
