                  PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE SENATE AMENDMENTS   TO THE
                    BILL (H.R. 22) TO AMEND THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 TO EX-
                    EMPT EMPLOYEES  WITH HEALTH  COVERAGE UNDER  TRICARE OR THE
                    VETERANS ADMINISTRATION FROM  BEING TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT  FOR
                    PURPOSES  OF DETERMINING  THE EMPLOYERS  TO  WHICH  THE EM-
                    PLOYER MANDATE  APPLIES UNDER THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AF-
                    FORDABLE CARE ACT; PROVIDING FOR PROCEEDINGS DURING THE  PE-
                    RIOD FROM  NOVEMBER  6, 2015, THROUGH NOVEMBER  13, 2015; AND
                    PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF MOTIONS TO SUSPEND THE RULES

                                       [To accompany H. Res. 507]
                    The Committee  on Rules, having had under consideration House
                  Resolution 507, by a nonrecord vote, report the same to the House
                  with the recommendation that the resolution be adopted.
                             SUMMARY  OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION
                    The  resolution provides for the consideration of the Senate
                  amendments   to H.R. 22, the Hire More Heroes Act of 2015. The
                  resolution provides one hour of general debate equally divided and
                  controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Com-
                  mittee on Transportation and Infrastructure. The resolution waives
                  all points of order against consideration of the Senate amendment.
                  The  resolution provides that the amendment printed in part A of
                  this report shall be considered as adopted.
                    Section 2 of the resolution provides that an amendment  con-
                  sisting of the text of Rules Committee Print 114-32 shall be consid-
                  ered as pending, shall be considered as read, shall not be debat-
                  able, shall not be subject to amendment except for the amendments
                  printed in this report, and shall not be subject for a demand for the
                  division of the question in the House or in the Committee of the
                  Whole. The resolution makes in order only the further amendments
                  printed in part B of this report. Each such amendment may be of-
                  fered only in the order printed in this report, may be offered only
                  by a Member  designated in this report, shall be considered as read,
                  shall be debatable for the time specified in this report equally di-
                  vided and controlled by the proponent and an opponent, shall not
