                       The Committee   on Homeland Security,   to whom   was referred the
                     bill (H.R. 3144) to require consultation with the  Aviation Security
                     Advisory Committee   regarding  modifications to the prohibited item
                     list, require a report  on the  Transportation   Security  Oversight
                     Board, and  for other purposes, having  considered the  same, report
                     favorably thereon with an  amendment   and  recommend   that the bill
                     as amended  do pass.
