The Select Investigative Panel will have the standard array of investigative tools at its disposal. BACKGROUND AND NEED FOR LEGISLATION Three House Committees initiated investigations soon after un- dercover videos featuring senior level Planned Parenthood officials admitting unethical and potentially illegal procedures surfaced.
