                      The  Committee   on  Transportation  and  Infrastructure, to whom
                    was  referred the  bill (H.R. 6317) to require the Administrator   of
                    the  General Services Administration  to submit  a report describing
                    a  process for seeking public  comment   about proposed  changes  to
                    mandatory   design standards  for public buildings, and for other pur-
                    poses, having  considered the same,  reports favorably thereon with-
                    out amendment and recommends that the bill do pass.
