                    TIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD  RELATING TO STANDARD FOR DE-
                    TERMINING JOINT EMPLOYER STATUS

                    The  Committee on Education and the Workforce, to whom  was
                  referred the joint resolution (H.J. Res. 98) providing for congres-
                  sional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code,
                  of the rule submitted by the National Labor Relations Board relat-
                  ing to Standard for Determining Joint Employer Status, having
                  considered the same, reports favorably thereon without amendment
                  and recommends  that the joint resolution do pass.
                                             PURPOSE
                    The purpose of H.J. Res. 98 is to disapprove of the rule related
                  to Standard for Determining Joint Employer Status that was first
                  announced  on September 7, 2022, and published as a final rule in
                  the Federal Register on October 27, 2023.
